ADC_FUA log

Not sure if this a global issue. this is only tested on #141. I will update if I check more configuration.

Repro step:
1. Prepare Reader 2.2.9 with setting for #141
$marketlev,1,0,4,0
$langset,6,7
$nonact,0,0,501,39,60,60,0
2. Launch RSU #141 and connect Reader to complete the firmware update.
3. Update would be successful. 
4. Disconnect Reader and check $iopamp?

actual result:
$iopamp? returns 0

expected result:
$iopamp? returns 1.

tested with 2.1.2 on build 905 #155. $iopamp is not sent, either.

            * #95 required check of version for op-amp in succesfull path
            * #94 Save start uom in succesfull path

Verified in the build 907 and working as expected.

Tested on both 141(2.2.9) and 155(2.1.2).
