Langset

For the installer 154, Langset is not updated after upgraded to 2.4.8.

Upgrade the reader to 2.4.8 from any old version and verify the langset using MASTerm.

Expected: Langset displayed with 10.13.11,6
Actual: Langset value displayed with 10.13.11

Attached the screenshot for reference.
