Installer:161
OS:Windows8 and Windows 10

Repro Steps:
1.Go to PC region settings and Select the "HINDI" language from dropdown.
2.Connect the reader 1 to windows PC and update Reader with installer 161.
2.After success full update of the reader, Click on Finish button.
3.Open status.json from this location C:\Users\[youraccount]\Documents\( on Windows)


Actual Results:
Below date fields are localized and showing up '?' symbol 
"DateTime"
"ProcessEndDateTime"
"ProcessStartDateTime"

Expected Results:
All fields in Status.json should not be localized.(Date is rendering properly for some languages like "Russian")

It would be nice to get a clean log (or know the start time) of a cycle left running

Added new date/time formatting functions not effected by language setting.
Fixed in build 797
