The next button on the home screen can become disabled when a meter is unplugged.

To Replicate:
Have a meter connected and launch the app.
Press next so you see the "ready to start" screen.
Click back.
Unplug the meter.

The next button becomes grayed out. 


This is occurring in build 787

Fixed in 794, disable other screen callbacks when screens are exited
