Windows Power Notification

Steps:

Do not connect to the power source
Connect the reader
Launch the application
Click Next on the Welcome screen

Expected: As per UI, In the Power Notification, First Close button is displayed and then OK button is displayed.

Actual: In Windows, First OK button is displayed and then Close button is displayed. Mac works as per UI.
