repro step
1. get a up-to-date Reader ( 2.4.8 ).
2. Launch Application and change any language instead of 'English'
3. navigate to Ready to Start Update screen.
4. Click Next.
5. observer the up-to-date screen.

actual result:
'Help' and 'Close' buttons are not localized.

Expect result:
Two buttons in up-to-Date screen should be localized.

Still is not localized for Dutch language.

Connect the Up to date Reader.
Launch the installer 154
Select the Nederlands from language drop down

In all the screens, Welcome, Ready to Start Update Screen, Software Up to date screen the Help button is not localized.

Our translation table has "Help" for dutch.  Seems wrong but it is in the current file.  Also the help button does change for all the other languages so it does not seem that the buttons are being updated when the language changes.

SS of the issue

Moving this back to open. Saw in build 905 that Nederlands is not translated (Seen in 154 and 158 installers)

I can't duplicate this.  Works for all languages on build 905.  I attached the screen I see.
