repro steps

1. set Installer 161 with DA language.
2. on Welcome screen click 'here' link on the screen.

here is the right # - Installer 160.

Spec is incorrect.  It should be _10 rather than _12.

see the change  in the latest FUA config file today from

check the latest FUAconfiguration. For DA in installer 160, it should be artXXXXX_012 instead of artXXXXX_010.

Verified in the build 787 and it is displayed correct url on both windows and mac.
