repro steps
1. Connecting Reader ( 2.2.13) with right configuration for the RSU installer.
2. navigate to Start to update screen, and click Next.
3. while updating in progress, unplugged the Reader around 80%-90% completion 
4. In final screen ( update unsuccessful), click 'Try again'.
5. go through every screen and start updating again

actual result:
Reader is not getting updated successfully. Check attachment for the Log.
Mac and Windows has the similar behavior.

Fixed in build 770.  We were not saving language set so reader commands the needed it after a restart failed.
