DOC40010_rev-B  UI Flow.

just found this new UI flow change in DOC40010_rev-B between screen 1 and screen 2


repro steps
1. Disconnect Reader from PC/Mac.
2. Disconnect Power source form PC/Mac.
3. Launch Application.
4. Click Next button.

actual result:
power source check dialog pops up.

expect result;
Go to screen 2 directly.

This is based on the new UI flow ( DOC40010_rev B). If Reader is connected, the power source check is there.

Verified in the build 778 and working as expected.
