steps:

1.Connect Reader 1 and Reader 2.
2.Disconnect the PC power source
3.Launch the application
4.Click on Next button on the Welcome screen

Expected: As per UI flow, PC Power Notification is displayed

Actual: Multiple Readers error is displayed.

Tested in LibreUpdate_744_161. (on Both windows and mac)

Not a bug. As per new UI, Multiple Reader error is displayed first.

new UI flow would show multiple Reader connection issue first.
