I downloaded 733 and tried to reproduce this with config 141 and 161. Didn't see it for those builds. Is this for a specific configuration?
Comment 6 Kuanshen An 2018-08-06 17:42:53 EDT
weird. It happens on my Mac for every configuration installer. Tested with today's build 739.
Comment 7 Kuanshen An 2018-08-06 18:05:08 EDT
odd enough. After I connect to internet on Mac machine, every links goes normal now.
Comment 8 Kuanshen An 2018-08-06 21:08:53 EDT
on today's build 793,
I figured out if OS set withe English (UK) language, you would get this issue.

Mac:
Region - Preferred languages : English (UK)
         Region : United Kingdom

Windows:
Region\Format: English (UK)
