Screenshot for the alert dialog.

just testing build 704 on the new machine, which is Windows 7 professinal.

I got missing dll dialog and could see the main screen.


'api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-1.dll'


it works fine in my another windows 10 machine.

Microsoft system update is required. Recommend that labeling be updated to user - specifying the specific DLL that has to be installed.

Fixed in build 769.  Added libs to artifact

Verified in windows 7 with build 774
