1.On windows 10 machine where is installed with FreeStyle Libre v1.0 build 6639
2.Prepare Apollo Reader in 2.2.13 with 106 configuration settings.
3. Launch RSU and Apollo Reader 2.2.13, follow each step to upgrade.

actual result:
RSU take a while to do the upgrade and failed in the end. Check the log and found that version is updated but configuration is not sent since there is unexpected command found. ( check ADC_FUA.log in the bottom).

Reconnect the Reader to RSU. RSU said it is 'up-to-date'.


expect result:
the upgrade should succeed.

Removed comments around lock used to stop desktop app and moved the lock logic to when the RSU app starts rather than when an update starts.  So now once RSU starts the desktop will not be started until it exits. Fixed in build 728 and later.
