EQR testing on FUA/RSU app causes app to crash and go away.

Steps:
1> Start app with an active sensor enabled
2> When prompted by app about the active sensor, user selects to continue with the update
3> app hesitates for a few seconds then closes

Still an issue in build 693. App doesn't crash/close now but the update fails

Fixed in build 701 on.  Issue with parsing the response from the reader.
