Steps To Reproduce:

1. Launch the application.
2. Perform the successful update.
3. Click on 'here' link on the Update Successful screen.
4. Verify that the Supporting documentation is launched and displayed in the language selected in Language drop down.


Expected: The appropriate Supporting documentation should be launched and displayed in the
language selected in Language drop down.
Actual: The Supporting documentation is not complete and always displayed in English.

FWRS78- The Firmware Update Application shall provide a means for the user to launch a website with supporting documentation.

The actual web pages have not been setup yet so we will get some kind of error when trying to access the page.  Just need to make sure the URL we are giving the browser is correct.

on build 704, the link would bring a web page from server. the content of link issue is report as bug 36.
