FWRS82*- If the update is not a mandatory update, the Firmware Update Application shall check if there is an active Sensor connected to the Reader and notify the user that the sensor will end if they continue with the update.

Question: What are the serial commands exactly sent to the Reader for update?

Question: We need a build configured with Mandatory update for testing. Current configuration table set every installer with non-Mandatory update.

dev team would provide a special build with mandatory option is ON.
Comment 2 Kuanshen An 2018-07-03 18:56:44 EDT
please add step to test this in the testing protocol. that step would be run only if the build is a mandatory update.
Comment 3 Kuanshen An 2018-07-25 18:41:38 EDT
after reading the requirement again, we don't need a mandatory update build for SIT, because
1) the requirement FWRS82 does not have definition for it.
2) the configuration set all non-mandatory update for each installer.

It's nice to have mandatory update for engineer testing, but it does not really required.
