OS: Mac & Windows
Reader : 2.1.2 
Installer : 154


Steps to reproduce:

1) Connect the reader to RSU installed PC.
2) Launch the Application and navigate to Ready to Start Update screen
3) Click Next button on the Ready to Start Update screen and ensure that the
Update is in progress.
4) At the end of Update progress(Refer the attached screenshot), disconnect the reader.

Actual : APP crashes.

Expected: RSU displays "Update unsuccessful"
