Created attachment 84 [details] Logs for update unsuccessful issue Reader version : 2.1.2 UOM : 0(mmol) Operating systems : Windows 10 and windows 8.1 Build : 1026 Installer : 154 Note : Issue does not appear if you wait for 5 mins on "try again" button page. Repro steps : 1.Connect the reader and launch the 154 installer 2.Click next till upgrade screen 3.Click next on upgrade screen, upgrade starts 4.Wait for the completing 30% of the upgrade [ refer update process screen shot] 5.Disconnect the reader 6.Application displays with the update unsuccessful 7.Connect the reader immediately [within 5 to 10 seconds] time and click on try it again and click next till upgrade screen 8.Click next on upgrade screen ,getting update unsuccessful [Refer unsuccessful screen shot ] 9.Tried couple of times issue observed and logs were shared [refer ADC_FUA-1,2,3,4]
Observed the same issue in mac as well (MAC - High Sierra with build 1026-157). Attached the screen shots and logs.
