Installer : 157
OS : Mac and Windows
Readers FW : 2.2.13

Steps to reproduce :

1) Connect the reader to RSU installed PC.
2) Launch the Application and navigate to Ready to Start Update screen
3) Click Next button on the Ready to Start Update screen and immediately disconnect Reader 1 and connect Reader 2  before progress bar appears.



Actual : RSU app is hung and "update unsuccessful" is not displayed.

Expected : Update Unsuccessful Screen with error message "Update Unsuccessful"
is displayed.

Note : Reproducible in MacOS. Attached the log
