After a reboot the reader reconnects but does not send up firmware version as expected.  Serial number is received

Dec 11, 2018: issue moved to resolved. Two affected machines had older version of LDT installed. Having these applications installed is not compatible with code used specifically for Reliability Testing. This code will NOT be present in production version.
