Build 574/589:

Set Reader 2.2.13 for installer ID #141  ( with marketlev,1,0,4,0).
Connect Reader to RSU installer ID# 141.

Actual result:
RSU said reader is incompatible.

Expected result:
RSU should allow a reader with marketleve,1,0,4, 0.

Should be fixed in build 605.  This was a configuration issue.

verified in wind build 606. Installer ID#141 could accept 'marketlev,1,0,4,0' now.
