Testing in configuration #158,

repro step
1. configure Reader as following settings


$$marketlev,1,0,1,0
$langset,3,10,4
$nonact,0,0,501,39,60,60,0


2. Set Reader language as 10

$lang, 10

3. Complete Reader Upgrade in RSU configure 158.

actual result:
lang is changed to 3.

expect
lang is retained what it was before. For this case, it is 10.

found only happends while trying to recovers the failed-update Reader.

a clean positive upgrade keep the language setting.

$langset would change $lang settings.

the fixed is verified in build 1010.
