Description Amala Jika Nagarajan 2018-06-25 22:04:35 EDT 
Build 574/589 Win:Prepare the Reader with 2.4.2 with UOM = 255 ( or unplug the reader while upgrading  around '75% of the completion).

Connect Reader to RSU and click next.

Actual result:
RSU shows the up-to-date screen. Reader shows 'E2 error;.

Expect result:
RSU should allow user to upgrade and correct UOM.

Bug in state table logic.  Fixed in build 679 or later.
