Description Kuanshen An 2018-08-14 00:05:54 EDT 
build 749. Only on Windows. Mac work as expected.

1. prepare Reader in supporting Firmware and correct configuraiton.
2. Program Reader to set with a active sensor.
3. Launch RSU and connect Reader, navigate to 'Ready to start upgrade' page.
4. Click Next.
5. 'Reader with active sensor' warning dialog pops.
6. disconnect the Reader.
7. Click 'OK' on 'Reader with Active Sensor.

actual result
Application stay in 'Performing update' forever with 0% progress bar.

expect:
as long as application detects Reader is unplugged, it should go to 'Update unsuccessfully' screen.
