This is reproduce on build 739 on Windows for installer 156.
just spot check the build 156 on Windows. The Reader get upgraded but $saconfig return 15.

it should return 14. same behavior in bug 46 for Mac system

Randomly not setting bits correctly, fixed in build 745

Checked in installer 156 for both mac and windows build#787. The $saconfig shows 14 instead of 15. The value is expected value
