Mac only.
no idea how I pretty weird, I don't not see any link functionality in build 733 on Mac system anymore. I thought I see it was working before. surprisingly, the 'update successful' screen has the working link. I downloaded 733 and tried to reproduce this with config 141 and 161. Didn't see it for those builds. Is this for a specific configuration? weird. It happens on my Mac for every configuration installer. Tested with today's build 739. odd enough. After I connect to internet on Mac machine, every links goes normal now. on today's build 793,
I figured out if OS set withe English (UK) language, you would get this issue.
Mac:
Region - Preferred languages : English (UK)
Region : United Kingdom
Windows:
Region\Format: English (UK)
