Build 574/589:
Set Reader 2.2.9 (probably happened to 2.1.2, not 2.2.13).
Connect Reader 
launch Installer ID#154 or #155 or #156 (hope it occurs with other installers too)
Start the upgrade

Actual result:
"Reader Update Application has stopped working" dialog is displayed.

Expect result:
The firmware update should be successful

current build only works with 2.2.13, not 2.1.2/2.2.9.

Build 662, tried to update 2.1.2 Reader and it app closes/crashes.

Missing amp configuration files caused update to fail.  Added to configuration .qrc file.

Missing configuration files.  Works on build #703 and later

application is not crashing for firmware 2.1.2 and 2.2.9 on build 706.
