EQR testing on the firmware update app showed that the app is not signed on Mac.

Need to make sure the ADC keychain is unlocked on the jenkins slave mac after it is restarted.

Fixed for build 171 (target 141).  Suspect that the keychain was not unlocked after a restart of the slave.

Have to unlock ADC keychain and also change the ADC keychange settings so it does not automatically relock.

Fixed in build 794.  Update second spot in build script
