Created attachment 73 [details] Incompatible Reader When two readers are connected (unsupported and ending firmware version), if the user disconnects the unsupported reader and clicking the Next button on Ready to start Update screen, the Incompatible Reader dialog is displayed but the Up To Date Software screen should be displayed. Steps: 1. Launch the app and Navigate to Connect Reader Screen 2. Connect the Unsupported reader (this step is important to replicate the issue). 3. Click Next on the Connect Reader Screen 4. Connect the Ending firmware reader (2.4.8) on the Ready to Start Update screen and Click on Next button 5. Click Ok on the Multiple Reader error dialog 6. User navigated to Ready to Start Update screen 7. Remove the Unsupported reader and click on Next Expected: Up To Date software screen is displayed Actual: Incompatible Reader screen is displayed Note: If the user connects the Ending Firmware reader in the step 2 then it will display correct warning message that is Up To Date Software screen. Tested with both MAC(1005) and Windows(1006) with installer 141.
